Scrapbook room tour

I had wanted to video tape a tour of my scrapbook room today, but the lighting and weather outside is making it very difficult. It feels like night time in the middle of the afternoon! The room tour would be depressing LOL! I'll try to get it taped another day for my friends!

Have you played with these cute gems yet? They are Close To My Heart's exclusive My Pages Talk Voice Recorder. We sell them for $14.95 and you can easily re-record your voice over and over again, or keep the same recording for preservation in your scrapbook pages. If you have little ones, you will absolutely LOVE recording their voices, then replaying it when they are much older. They love to hear what they sound like. Or you can read to your baby/child and they can listen to your voice, over and over again. Comforting messages can also be shared, just like the one my children and I created for my husband. He is currently working in Iraq and as he is away from us often, the voice recorder can be a pleasant reminder for him of home. The voice recorder can be painted, altered in any way you can imagine, even sponged with our ink pads-which is what I did here in the top right hand corner. I then rolled the background and texture paper down, and hole- punched the button area with my cropadile. Very simple and not fussy to decorate, which is what I like best.
